I sometimes like to simplify and describe our key success factors as the “3 P”: projects, partners, people. While finding and developing projects is our daily business, a key focus last year was to establish and build our partnerships, for instance with our investor Allianz, our offtake partner EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. Most recently, our focus shifted again more to “people“ and to growing our team. With the new year kicking off, we are very happy and pleased to welcome several new colleagues on board:
Marie Berg will join us from Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM). She will manage legal and contracting topics, and key topics related to corporate governance. With her experience from the carbon capture and the O&G industry, she will boost our contracting skills and strengthen our corporate foundation.
Terje Simmenes will take over the project manager role for our flagship project Skipavika. We will benefit from his vast experience as project manager, for instance for highly complex railway and O&G infrastructure projects. As a former Army officer, he will bring the leadership that a complex project like a large scale green ammonia plant needs.
Marco Querci worked previously for Energy Infrastructure Partners and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). His commercial knowledge and strong analytic skills from the consulting, private equity and energy space will certainly elevate our commercial processes to the next level.
Last, but not least, Costantino Luca Bruni joins us from our partner CASALE, and will manage our EPC activities. With 30 years experience in this field recently as the Head of Plant Engineering for CASALE, it is possibly difficult to find a more experienced engineer for ammonia plants.
We are very pleased about this experience, knowledge and personality boost for Fuella. We are not done yet and will grow our team further in the next months, so stay tuned 😉!
